Hydraulic Brinell Hardness Tester
Features of Hydraulic Brinell Hardness Tester
1. On-site
testing
Portable and easy to operate, the hydraulic Brinell hardness tester
can be used in workshops for field tests of large workpiece hardness, in all
directions.
2. Permanent indentation
Through test force of 3,000kg, and a
ball with the diameter of 10mm, the hydraulic Brinell hardness tester leaves
permanent indentation after testing, signifying the workpieces having been
tested.
3. Reliable and accurate
Based on practical Brinell hardness
testing principle, the hydraulic hardness tester provides reliable conversion,
which is different from the highly distorted hardness value by other portable
testers, Leeb hardness tester, for instance. Also, the hydraulic Brinell
hardness tester has high test force calibration accuracy, which is 0.5% of
load, and boasts high hardness testing accuracy equivalent to that of a bench
type tester.
4. Wide testing range
With a multitude of test force, and
ball indenters, the portable Brinell hardness tester can be applied to all
common metal.
5. High cost performance
The hydraulic Brinell hardness
tester has superior part processing quality and assembly accuracy, which helps
to avoid hydraulic system oil leakage and lifting system operation
inconvenience existent in other like Brinell hardness tester. In addition to
high quality, our hydraulic Brinell hardness tester is also competitively
priced, thus with a higher cost performance than other Brinell hardness tester.
Principle of Hydraulic Brinell Hardness Tester
Our PHB-3000 hydraulic Brinell hardness tester has the same structure as that of the King Brinell hardness tester made in the US. The portable instrument has a hydraulic system, and applies test force by means of a handle. It is the only portable hardness tester with 3,000kg test force, and ball with the diameter of 10mm, in compliance with standard Brinell test conditions. With the testing conditions and accuracy compliant with ISO6506.2 and ASTM E10 standards, the hydraulic Brinell hardness tester can be used to test castings, forgings, steel products, non-ferrous metal and various heat-treated semi-finished metal workpieces.
