Application

Only if there is suitable surface, it could test large iron and steel workpieces whereas the desk tester could not.

It could test the hardness of steel parts, bearings, moulds, castings, forge pieces and large and medium-sized heating parts.

It is suitable for testing a large batch of parts piece by piece on site.

 

Festures

World first portable rapid indentation Brinell hardness tester. It realizes rapid test and direct read of Brinell hardness and solves the world level difficulty of rapid and accurate boby Brinell hardness test for a large workpiece. It complies with GB/T 24523, ASTMM E103.

For the high-accuracy sensor and unique distance measuring technology, it reaches far higher test accuracy than other portable hardness testers.

It possesses test functions of both Brinell hardness and Rockwell hardness, satisfying most of hardnes test demand of iron and steel workpieces in the manufature industry.

It simlifies the operation steps of Rockwell hardness test: directly load total test force; maintain it for a few seconds; relaease the total test force and then the value of Rockwell hardness or Brinell hardness will display.  It takes about only 10 to 20 seconds for a test, high effictive.

No need of measuring indentation diameter by optical system prevents man-made error.

It permits customer to calibrate the tester with a standard block at any time.

It could be operated under a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C either indoor or outdoor.
